FAQ
Straight answers about how we build, timelines, security, and ownership.
If you have repetitive knowledge work, unstructured data to process, or customer questions that could be answered faster — AI probably has a role. We start with a discovery session to find out where the real opportunities are. Sometimes the answer is 'not yet' and we'll tell you that.
It means we don't disappear after launch. We embed with your team, learn your business, and stay on to keep things running and improving. Think of us as your AI department until you're ready to build your own.
Most clients have AI running in production within 2-4 weeks of kickoff. We focus on quick wins first — the 80/20 opportunities that prove value fast. Then we expand from there.
Your data stays private. We never send it to public training sets, we build on infrastructure you control, and we architect for compliance from day one. If privacy matters to you (it should), we're the right partner.
No. That's the point. We handle the technical complexity so you don't have to hire specialists. When you're ready to bring capabilities in-house, we'll help you do that too.
We'll tell you early. Discovery exists to find out what's worth building. If the answer is 'nothing right now,' we'll say so and explain why. We'd rather be honest than sell you something that won't work.
Discovery and implementation are typically fixed-fee projects scoped after our first conversation. Ongoing partnership is monthly retainer based on the level of support you need. No surprises.
Yes. We integrate with what you have — Slack, email, CRMs, ERPs, cloud platforms. The goal is AI that fits your workflow, not the other way around.
We build and stay. Most consultants hand you a strategy deck and leave. We implement, integrate, and stick around to make sure it actually works. Also, we're allergic to buzzwords.
You do. Everything we build is yours — code, models, training data, documentation. We don't hold your AI hostage.
